We are an audit firm, is the multi client license right for us?

Yes. If your firm is providing phishing testing to clients as an overall solution, the PhishingBox phishing simulator streamlines this process through template creation, test authorization, and reporting.

Does CYWAREX market to or contact the clients we test?

No. PhishingBox does not intentionally market to, or contact, the clients you conduct phishing tests.

What kind of invoicing options do I have?

You may invoice monthly or upfront for the year. Either way, the license term is annual.

Can we use our own phishing awareness training content?

Yes. CYWAREX allows user many training options as a result of the actions of the phishing target. These actions can include providing an immediate message, redirecting to a customizable training page in Cywarex, or redirecting the user to a third-party hosted page.

Some of our clients would like to conduct their own testing, can we give them access?

Yes, but you would need to use our reseller/MSP license. You could have a multi-client license and resell single-company licenses as well.
